<p>Introducing Freya, the virtual birth partner from The Positive Birth Company. Freya offers a comprehensive range of tools and techniques that will support you throughout your birthing experience.</p>
<p>Freya guides you through every surge using a simple breathing technique and visualisation. In between surges, she assists in relaxation with guided relaxations, positive affirmations, gentle music, and calming visualisations. By using the app, you can easily track the frequency and duration of your surges using the log feature. Freya will also notify you when your labour is established, giving you an indication of when it might be a good time to contact your midwife. With Freya by your side, you will never feel alone during your birthing journey.</p>
 
<h2>TRACK YOUR SURGES</h2>

<p>In the practice of hypnobirthing, we refer to contractions as surges as it more accurately describes the sensation experienced during labour. Freya is the ONLY hypnobirthing-friendly contraction timer available on the app store, specifically designed with hypnobirthing mums in mind; however, anyone can utilize its features.</p>
